  • For many of us, the writing we normally do in our daily lives involves: crafting emails; sending text messages, responding to social media posts, making a grocery shopping list, writing that never-ending to-do list and more! 

  • Write for You however, is nothing like the above... Write for You is about the power of the written word; where writing is used as a tool to enhance your personal growth, mindfulness, and emotional well-being.

  • It’s been long established that writing in THIS way is good for you; especially as it gives us the time and space to use words for our own personal development and making important self-discoveries.

How does it work?

If I waited for perfection, I would never write a word.

  • You are guided through specific writing activities designed to help release the words within you in a positive and creative way. You will also discover how these writing activities are tools which you can take away with you to use throughout life. 

  • The writing activities include (but are not limited to) themes such as: Gaining New Perspectives, Unleashing Creativity​, and Writing for Calm.

  • Both one-on-one sessions and group workshops are available. No previous experience is needed. What’s more, you never have to read out anything you have written—so take comfort in writing whatever you want and in whatever style you want.
