  • For many of us, the writing we normally do in our daily working lives involves crafting emails, writing up reports, writing that never-ending to-do list and much more!

  • Writing for Well-being however is nothing like the above; rather, it is about the power of the spoken word. Participants are guided through carefully designed writing activities to help release the words in a positive and creative way thus enhancing their self-development and emotional well-being. 

  • Possible writing activities include (but are not limited to) themes such as: Gaining New Perspectives, Unleashing Creativity, and Writing for Clarity.
